About Kim Taylor: A Passion for Audiology and Community

Kim Taylor brings her extensive training, credentials, and passion for helping others to Digital Hearing Services. She is a long-time resident of the Chattanooga area, where she lives with her husband, Tommy Taylor, a Certified Public Accountant, and their beloved golden retriever. Kim and Tommy have two grown sons and two wonderful daughters-in-law and recently welcomed their first grandson, who has added even more joy to their lives. Kim enjoys quality time with her family, camping, and cheering on the VOLS when she’s not in the office.

Kim’s journey in audiology began over three decades ago, and her dedication to improving her patient’s quality of life through better hearing has only grown stronger. Her commitment to her community and patients is evident in the care and expertise she brings to every consultation.

ENT Specialist: She then spent 15 years working alongside a local ENT physician, honing her skills in diagnosing and treating a wide range of hearing issues.
Founder of Digital Hearing Services: In 2004 Kim founded Digital Hearing Services to provide personalized, high-quality hearing care. She aims to empower patients with the right tools and knowledge to navigate their hearing journey confidently.
